Xavier had no answers for UConn this year. Georgetown has. Beating the hell out of the 10 seed does not mean they’ll beat the hell out of the 11 seed. Tonight might, dare I say, be a close game. Please keep that in mind when freaking out. It’s the postseason. Just win.

I’m still irrationally angry about this.

Tonight will be the 12th Big East Tournament Championship game between the top 2 seeds. In two of those games, UConn has been the 2 seed. They’re 2-0. And the last time it happened, they also went on to win the National Championship.

Look. I know we’ve had our differences in recent years, but I just want to say that at the end of the day, I do truly wish St. John’s fans nothing but the endless lava shits while stuck in miles of bumper-to-bumper traffic fighting off a sneezing fit for the rest of their lives.

The next five minutes decide this game.

God I wanted this one badly, but sometimes someone just has your number. No shame in that. Tonight is not an indictment on this team. They can absolutely still win the National Championship. The rest of the nation doesn’t play Big East basketball.
