Trying to walk about a mile through Port Richmond with a stroller, and these were a few of the obstructions we came across. (cc:Not A Parking Spot) Had to pee really bad the entire 20ish min walk. Came across a public restroom at a park, but of course, it was closed Philadelphia Parks & Recreation
