Picked up a bit of a project this weekend. Jap GameCubes. Suspect a couple not reading discs, so got laser assembly's to go with them. Thinking of installing flippydrives (when available) on a couple & seeing how that is or trying something else? Any recommendations? #GameCube

Visited my favourite shop in #Filey Timeless Toys. Guy is great who runs the store, been going in probably 15 yrs or more now. Always some retro video games & many cool toys from my youth, I want to buy the whole shop. Nostalgia overload. Highly recommend a visit. 🕹️🎮🧩🧸

On my trip to Filey last week, I picked up these games. Pleased to grab an Atari 7800 game as this is my first, be interesting to compare 2600 to 7800 graphics. Nice copy of Pitfall, such a cool classic game. And I don't think I have it on PSP but also Gran Turismo #retrogaming

And remember...

I like the freeroaming & tasks from stuff like P buttons, getting gold coins etc,does add something different. The data transfer stuff with the original switch was a bit of a pain in the arse. I am wondering how that will play out as the original switch will still be used?

Atari 2600+ updated console happily received today. You get a cart with 10 games on it. The bloody controller still as crap as ever though, a perfect recreation. Playing PacMan Jr just pure frustration. It takes all the old 2600 & 7800 cartridges. #atari

Enjoyed the Liverpool Gaming Market today at Aintree Racecourse. Some interesting stuff. I did see The Firemen CIB for £1500, so I passed on that this time, but one day it will be mine. ..one day.
