In session 1, #NATOCHoDs reaffirmed their commitment to #NATO’s missions & operations which allow the Alliance to protect & defence its territory & population from any attack & highlighted that adaptation is key when facing today’s uncertain security environment.

In the next meeting #NATOCHoDs agreed that: 1) D&D of the Euro-Atlantic Area should guide further development of military reinforcement. 2) #NATO’s Warfighting Concept should reflect ongoing work on space, innovation, emerging & disruptive technologies.

During press conference, Chairman of the #NATOMC, ACM Peach & 🇸🇮 CHoD MGen Ermenc highlighted how #NATO & #Slovenia are bound by shared history, values & goals. This year, both are celebrating important anniversaries demonstrating once more that adaptation is key to endurance.
