Excited to get on here and start posting about some of the mental skills I see pro golfers using every day. Most people put a huge emphasis on the physical aspect of sports while neglecting the mental. It’s time we train our minds with the same intensity we train our bodies!

Justin Thomas wears a Whoop (around his bicep) while playing and the data shows that his heart rate reached 126 bpm during his winning 21-foot birdie putt on Sunday. It’s so cool that we get to see this type of data from competition.
