Despite claims that Manston was closed after the death of a man on 19th November, we’ve seen several coaches enter the camp today with at least 100 newly arrived people on them. We’re deeply concerned for the welfare of anyone detained in that awful place. Shut #Manston down.

Michael Gove just approved a new coal mine in Cumbria. The first to be opened in Britain in 30 years, its emissions will be equivalent to 200,000 extra cars on our roads every year. The Tories again show they put the fossil fuel industry before people and planet. Shameful.
