Lucca, Luiz, and Savona was not even a good player at Serie A. Buying inexperienced player is a problem with these PL team. Zirkzee, Ndoye, Scamacca, Hojlund, are players who had their first good season in Serie A. To buy and expect them to settled right away in PL is crazy.
