“Als er gevaarlijke stoffen vrijkomen, kan de lokale brandweer dat vaak zelf oplossen. Het landelijk specialisme Incidentbestrijding Gevaarlijke Stoffen (IBGS) is er voor uitzonderlijke gevallen,” vertelt Jan Jacobs, landelijk coördinator IBGS bij het NIPV in deze video.
