With consent. 46 y/o female. Insid onset severe scapular pain followed by marked sh weakness and scapulothoracic dyskinesia. US shows intact cuff but marked atrophy of infra and Supraspin mucles. Images show the contrast of this atrophy compared to overlying tapezius. Diagnosis ?
