The OpenAI ChatKit as a whole is NOT fully open source. The openai/chatkit-js repository only open-sources the integration layer (TypeScript types and React bindings), while the core UI implementation remains proprietary.

I am actually seeing coss.com as a very far vision. Resend has been very good for email, so here better-auth and Kinde for auth, Cal for calendar, and Shadcn for UI. But imagine you got everything fully open source in a single platform. Startup in a startup. 🔥
