You know it's a good conference when you never look at your watch and it's over in a flash! An absolutely brilliant day; the calibre of guest speakers was outstanding. So much to take home and think about. ...oh and the gluten free brownies at lunch made a perfect event. 10/10

Over the winter I've had the support from an array of fantastic Scottish coaches across so many disciplines. Noone has turned me away and each played a significant role in helping me on my coaching journey. To every one...a huge thank you from myself and the athletes I coach.
