I asked ChatGPT how Marshall McLuhan’s famous phrase, ā€œthe Digital Retrieves the Medievalā€ could be understood - from a truly medieval perspective. This is what it said (not bad): ā€œIf we take a truly medieval perspective, rather than a modern one looking backward, we must begin

Some of the most traumatizing features of modern Christianity are downstream of mistranslations and conceptual drift from Jesus's time: Sin • Original: Meant "missing the mark," an archery metaphor. Essentially, an error • Today: Moral failing, worthy of guilt Repent •

Wait wth, I'm now finding out that Jesus might have never talked about ppl getting immortality in Heaven or endless torment in Hell Apparently, in Jesus's time, the Greek word for "eternal" meant something like ā€œpertaining to the age,ā€ or ā€œof the age to comeā€ What happens when
