Take aways from no caffeine for 20 days: - I sleep better. - I *feel* my blood circulation is better. - My energy is 100% leveled out. (when I wake up I am ready to go.) - Better understanding of how caffeine affects me. - Better appreciation for caffeine.

Today @Sara_deNoyelles and I finished up and published Vivid’s website. The only thing left to do is add educational content and products. So I guess it’s time to start writing and designing.

Dear god, I think I might like running… The past 8 months I have been lifting weights and then finishing up on the treadmill or outside for a walk. I will usually sprinkle a run in the walk here and there However… Recently, I’ve been running more and longer! 🤦‍♂️🤯
