The first day of the year that butter is spreadable straight from the cupboard needs to be recognised.

Best part of new menus has to be the new sauces... Peri peri....hot herby fresh Korean habanero hotsauce...funky, garlicky, good whack of heat Ssamjang...deep umami, nutty, rich Togarashi miso kewpie...mild heat, savoury flavour bomb

Our new beef melt sandwich...house made Italian sub, house smoked pastrami, shaved roast beef rib, jus and Worcestershire caramelised onion, house cheddar. Its quite nice.

Garlic prawn pizza thingy on special tonight...

When I ordered these clams from the clam shack, I had all sorts of involved ideas about stuffing and baking them etc etc. But after tasting them simply cooked with white wine, chilli, garlic and butter....this is the way. #themandalorian

Myself and rico have been talking about this dish for a while now and here it is... Kinilaw! A traditional phillipino dish of raw fish marinated in coconut vinegar, with ginger, chilli and coriander served with crispy fish skin "chicharone" . Bloody lovely

I think it was an episode of Anthony bourdain or triple D that I saw this. A place in Newhaven (Conneticut?) that made these "clam pies" tbh I don't know how they made them, but this is my take on a clam pizza. Local clams in a chilli mariniere sauce and a sprinkle of parmesan
