Had a great day today at the Chick-Fil-A games in Taylors, SC. Today I set a new pr of 51.77 in the 400m, 5th overall, and SC Top 25! I also ran first leg of the 4x4 with a split of 51.3

Had a great meet Saturday at the Chick- Fil-A games at Eastside High School in Taylors, SC. I set a new pr of 1:01.94 in the 400 meter hurdles. 3rd overall and SC Top 25! (Lane 8)

Had a great home meet on Wednesday at Spring Valley HS. I set a time of 52.59 in my very first 400m since I’ve been running track placing 1st in my heat and 4th overall in meet! I also ran the 4x4 for the first time helping my team place 1st overall.

I had a great week this week! Saturday I pr’d in the 400m with a time of 51.09 at the Coaches Classic Region 4 Meet and Wednesday I pr’d in my third ever 200m with a time of 22.97! More to come soon. My time coming…

Had a great meet today at Blue Ridge Classic in NC. I set a new pr in the 400m at 51.70! With this being my 3rd 400m race ever I know I’m nowhere near my peak! Big pr coming soon…

Today, at Blue Ridge Classic Invitational in Asheville, NC, I was able to drop a PR and run 49.31 which places me NC top 25, SC#10, and SC#3 in the class of 2026! I’m not satisfied though, more work to be done. (Lane 7) #AGTG✝️
