Northview students on display at the 27th annual EDGE: Youth Art Show reception. Youngplace Hallway Galleries, Floors 1-3 (180 Shaw Street). The exhibition runs until May 13. There are over 250 artworks by secondary school students.

Northview Cyber/SHSM students celebrated on Tuesday with eight of their Nelvana Enterprises mentors. The mentors worked with the students to produce the animated shorts screened at last month. A big thank you for the all the guidance and a series of insightful presentations.

Another big thank you to @nelvanaent for their tablet donation. We are very grateful for their support of our program this year. Students were able to try them out as they finished their final projects of the school year.

The Creative Center SHSM kicked off this year’s program with a visit to Forest Valley Outdoor Education Centre. Activities focussed on leadership styles and skills. The day ended with the students presenting what they had learned and earning a Certification. Photo: Dasha
