Selling a lot doesn't make you a good photographer. Likewise, not selling your photos doesn't make you a bad #photographer. Quality will eventually get the success it deserves. Be patient, never quit...

at the right time. So my suggestion: Stop comparing, work hard, don’t feel sorry for yourself, set reasonable goals, respect one another, and most importantly: Work like you haven’t achieved anything. If you navigate the down times like this, you will be ready for the good times.

I have so much respect for photographer’s that don’t have extensive travel access or inherently stunning locations to photograph and create beautiful photos from what’s around them. When those photographers finally make it out into the world at large… watch out.
