KEY SUSPECT IN MABIRA DESTRUCTION ARRESTED National Forestry Authority-Uganda through its Law Enforcement has an arrested a key suspect in the destruction of Mabira CFR. The suspect has been identified as Sam. He is suspected to be behind funding several illegal activities is Mabira forest.
