NHS Band students had a great day at State Solo/Ensemble Music Festival! "Outstanding" were Trek W, Ben T, Ike G, Brass Trio, & Snare Drum Duet. "Excellent" were Marina V, Flute Duet, Trombone Quartet, & Trumpet Duet. Earning all 1's and 2's at State is a huge accomplishment!

The annual Newton USD 373 All-District Band Concert will be in Ravenscroft Gym at Newton High School at 3:00 p.m. this Sunday, May 4. Band students in grades 5-12 will celebrate Star Wars Day (May the FOURTH Be With You) with lots of music from the films.
