I'm curious about the journeys of other educators and leaders: how their ideas have grown into more concrete and greater changes in the world. It's an interesting time for me personally with many opportunities ahead. I'll be writing more frequently about my work and other areas.

We need to move beyond uni-dimensional metrics of success. The complete well-being of the whole child, critical thinking, and preparing for both the present and future are key alongside attainment.

This week we went back to school to deliver our curriculum to secondary students with additional SEMH considerations. We focussed on teaching them how to understand, measure and build their own well-being. Their responses were fantastic: we covered many important areas!
