Yesterday we celebrated Polish Independence Day (11th Nov). Lots happened across the school to celebrate the #culturaldiversity of the school. Children learned facts about Poland, decorated biscuits in the colours of the Polish flag & some of our children taught us Polish phrases

During the Week of Discovery, Nursery has discussed where their wings might take them, they looked at books about various occupations, decorated a gingerbread man for their future jobs and used a variety of props to act out different jobs. #Nursery #EYFS #YearofDiscovery

This term, UKS2 children are reading "Pig Heart Boy" by Malorie Blackman and learning about the circulatory system in #science. Today, they got a chance to dissect a pig heart and explore the different part oh a heart. #HandsOnScience
