This month, during tutor time, students have been engaging in meaningful conversations to support Pride. They have been exploring its history and discussing what it means to create a welcoming, inclusive community.

Today marks the last day for our year 11 students, and what a journey it’s been! We’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved and can’t wait to see what the future holds for each of you. Wishing you all the very best in your next chapter and can't wait to see you at prom!

For DT homework year 7 were set a challenge to create a 3D model out paper and cardboard on the theme of "under the sea". Gabrielle presented this beautiful turtle and has received an A3 for her incredible effort.

A wonderful afternoon last Thursday at Grill It for our Year 13 leavers meal, a lovely send off filled with great food, laughter, and lasting memories. We’re so proud of everything you’ve achieved and can’t wait to see what comes next.

Over the last two days we have welcomed our new year 7 students to the academy. They have taken part in fun filled taster sessions which ranged from Maths, English and Science to performing arts and PE. They had a great experience of the NEWA life.
