Never posted these before but hit a plateau lift wise and I’m finally kind of breaking out of it. So to remind myself how far I’ve come wanted to post this video of me doing pull ups for the first time basically ever. The journey to improve never ends.

Didn’t announce this earlier, but honored to be nominated for both Board of Directors and Competition Council. I’ve spent a lot of the last year meeting folks and listening to many. Which has led me wanting to serve collegiate as a whole. So vote for me, or just come yap with me.
