9 years ago, when I was a postdoc in @OertnerLab iGluSnFR was published. We ordered it immediately from Addgene for CĂ©line DĂŒrst's PhD project where she investigated quantal synaptic events at single synapses. Almost a decade later, you can read about it doi.org/10.1038/s41467
