All 5 of our transit providers are up and the network is running perfectly with no issues at this time.

One of our server racks had a switch fail this morning @ 8:30am. We had a replacement switch configured & online around 9am.

On 8/16/13 @ 12am (eastern time) TWTC transit will perform an upgrade impacting TWTC transit for 20 minutes. We have 4 other carriers so :)

During this TWTC maintenance our network will continue to serve traffic over our 4 other carriers Level3, Global Crossing, GTT & Cogent.

We are experiencing a network issue currently. Network engineers are working on it. More info shortly.

A portion of our customers were affected for 6 minutes due to a network issue. We are still investigating the full cause of the issue.

Level 3, TWTC, Global Crossing, Cogent and GTT are all up and running perfectly. Network is 100%. Have a great weekend.

Our long haul circuit from TPA to LAX is showing higher than normal latency. We are currently utilizing an alternate path on that peer.

Our peering connectivity to LAX has been fully restored and peering traffic is back to normal.

At this time we are experiencing an issue with our LAX peering fabric. WIll provide updates as more information is available.

We turned our LAX peering link back up over the weekend & everything is back to normal with no issues.

Our GTT circuit is temporarily down. All traffic continues to be routed over our 4 other carriers at this time. Will update again shortly.

Our GTT transit link was reestablished around 4:30 pm yesterday. GTT was only down for about 1 hour. Sorry for the late update.

We are pleased to announce Comast has been added to our network as a 6th transit provider. Looking forward to announcing a 7th soon.
