Nebraska SMART celebrates one year of free online tutoring! Dedicated tutors from Chadron State College, Peru State College, and Wayne State College have conducted over 1,100 tutoring sessions, dedicating more than 600 hours to supporting K-12 students across rural Nebraska.

Tutor Spotlight: Ella Meet Ella, a dedicated Tutor attending Wayne State College, where she is pursuing a degree in elementary education with endorsements in English as a Second Language and reading and writing. Her advice to students is: 💡"Do not be afraid to ask questions!"

Tutor Sunny is a dedicated student who attends Chadron State College and is pursuing a degree in elementary education. Her advice to students: "Never be afraid to ask for help." Sunny inspires and supports her students in tutoring sessions. We are glad to have her on our team!

Tutor Addison is a 7-12 biology education and biochemistry major attending Peru State College. Not only is she an exceptional student, but she’s also a talented athlete, and an outstanding Tutor! We’re incredibly grateful to have Addison as a Nebraska SMART Tutor!

Tutor Brayden is a science education major attending Wayne State College who specializes in tutoring secondary math and science. Brayden has been an incredible addition to Nebraska SMART! We are so glad he is part of our team this semester!
