What I liked from Chelsea FC v LAFC 1. Delap's assist was a centre-forward's, pulling right from penalty area & crossing. 2. Jackson's assist was a footballer's, forward pass from centre-circle. 3. They'll complement each other as well as compete with each other FIFA Club World Cup

What the below also means is that if the manager can expand his philosophy, he could play 3 central defenders, 2 proper wing-backs, a double pivot of Caicedo with Enzo or Lavia, & Palmer behind Nico & Delap. 2 strikers. That would cause more havoc than inverted full-backs 🤤
