Consul General Mr Nozumu Takaoka, Head of Mission at the Consulate General of Japan in Edinburgh visited Benmore Botanic Garden today for a poignant official duty. Marking 75 years since the bombings of Hiroshima & Nagasaki, a Ginkgo biloba was planted amid the conservation collections.
