It is 27 degrees today - the EDI team Sue Rampal were out and about at Cavell centre with the Tea trolley conversations: staff happy with the ice lollies and other refreshments thanks to Head to Toe Charity .

Delivering my last session and great to have our interim CEO @STHaldane attending the whole session as I come towards the end of my era in CPFT. I know EDI and compassion in action will continue and the conversations will carry on ‘people at the heart of everything we do’💯

Today, the first Monday of the month is going to feel a bit different, normally, I would be thinking of my slot at Corporate induction or if it is my turn to facilitate the whole session. But, I am going to a newbie taking it all in at CUH induction.I will miss this lovely team!
