Yesterday was the final day of a joint survey project for Allonby Bay Highly Protected Marine Area working with North Western IFCA. The team were recording the catch inside and outside the marine area as part of a suite of monitoring to inform a comprehensive baseline condition assessment.

Natural England welcome this announcement. Reducing pollution in our waterways is a vital part of recovering nature more widely.
