Having run and cycled for just over an hour all I wanted was a photo of my amazing sprint finish at the Bayside Duathlon and this was the result.

I volunteered as 25 min pacer today Lee parkrun. Tried to get get as close to the time as possible. 🏃🏻‍♂️⏱😜

Great virtual ride today on the ‘Chris Hoy's Doddie Aid Social 50km’. Managed to ride the final 10k with Louise Minchin and Jason Kenny. Good effort to all those taking part. RIDE ON
