#NEW FOX 5 DC is now hearing from Patrick Reilly, the Logan Circle dad whose wife & 5-year-old son were shot Tuesday evening over what DC Police Department say was a dispute over a scooter. Reilly says a man stopped & threatened them, intentionally shooting:
