Judging the Notre Dame GradSWE Elevator Pitch Competition tonight. So much awesome research happening Notre Dame Engineering 🍀💪🏽

As Notre Dame GradSWE President, my job is championing my team w their events. The Elevator Pitch Competition is the only event I’ll plan this year & it was awesome!🎉 Thanks to judges (K. Sockwell, K. Meyers, Kaitlyn, & Dr. Karla Badillo-Urquiola (Dr. KB)) and our participants! Congrats to the winners! #GradSWE

Ruyuan Wan 🌿 @ACL2025 and I are enjoying the last Notre Dame GradSWE event of the 2023 year!! #womeninengineering

Fantastic to learn about the four E’s of policymaker pitches, #SciencePolicy, and other aspects tonight from @ Sci_Tech_Policy! So glad that we (Notre Dame GradSWE) and the Notre Dame Science Policy Institute (SPI) were able to bring in someone with so much knowledge for us in Indiana!

Join us on Feb. 13, as we welcome Dr. Dr Jessica Schiffman as our seminar speaker. Networking begins at 10:15 in the Scholars Lounge, and the seminar begins at 11:00 in the Carey Auditorium. All are welcome! Visit: cbe.nd.edu/events/enginee… #SustainableMaterials

Thanks Notre Dame Engineering and Dr. Meyers for organizing today’s #WomenInEngineering Writing Retreat Day! On my end, I made significant headway on my candidacy proposal and the #Pomodoro sessions were productive. Pictured are the other Notre Dame GradSWE board members who attended. So fun!

Early this February, I attended the #westem2024 conference! We brought a contingent of Notre Dame GradSWE members & there we even met some ND alumni! 🎉 #womenengineers. The conference was about belonging in engineering-l and it really hit home. A fun bonus were the many photos w props📸

Successful first ever Notre Dame GradSWE End-of-Year Symposium! It was a fun event to bring from its infancy-conceptualizing it last year, to applying for funding, to planning & executing it with the GradSWE team. Awesome last event as President 🎉 #buildingcommunity #phd

Excited to welcome Dr. Ann-Perry Witmer, the originator of 'contextual engineering,' to our Notre Dame CEEES Challenges seminar! Meeting her at the weSTEM conference earlier this year (as a part of Notre Dame GradSWE) made this moment even more special. It’s great to see our connections grow!
