Prof Prof. Faustin NTIRENGANYA opening remarks to WiSR first symposium emphasizes on the current alarming situation of ~10% women representation in surgery, a number which should be talked on to improve access to surgery .



At his opening remarks , Prof Ntirenganya Faustin Prof. Faustin NTIRENGANYA highlighted the need of work life balance to have more women join surgery , a strategy towards closing the gap related to timely surgical access.
