Engineering staff are currently repairing an issue to the platform edging at Callerton Parkway. Customers travelling to Newcastle Airport – we recommend leaving trains at Monument and use Metro tickets and passes on Stagecoach bus service X78 from Eldon Sq Bus Station.

The service remains suspended between Airport and Kingston Park in both directions, due to ongoing repair works. A replacement bus service 901 is operating between Airport & Kingston.
