Today, Elizabethtown Area HS Greenhouse Mgmt students harvested our Tower Garden hydroponic lettuce and learned about processing it for public consumption. Then they all enjoyed fresh salads in class. #psuaged22 #EatWhatYouGrow #KnowYourFood

Recycling at its finest. In a pruning unit within landscape management, students practiced pomology pruning methods using dead mum plants. They're now asking, "Mr. Moyer, can we grow apple trees here at the school?" #psuaged22
