Your life can really change in a year. You just gotta love yourself enough to know you deserve more and be disciplined to actually work for it.

I think when you’re transitioning from being a people pleaser to someone with more boundaries it’s so weird, because it’s hard to tell if you’re being mean or if you’re just listening to your own feelings because you’re so used to this & only thinking about others

You have to love yourself enough to not tolerate disrespect, disloyalty, and wishywashy feelings. If a person doesn't value you, move on.

if u want long term relationships make sure that you’re ready for the boring days, tears, & the arguments, it's not all about happiness

Deep down we know who really for us and who really ain’t. Start detaching.
