Thanks for my first tweet. I have been battling colon cancer for the last seven weeks. I just finished chemotherapy and radiation for 6 wks.

The last 2 days have been rough. I'm trying to fight depression and being afraid of not knowing if the treatment worked. Better days ahead.

WOW! Where do the days go? I can't believe it has been 3 days. Just been resting and praying.

They all worked hard but i don't agree about the winner. CAROL had my vote.

Guess what? Today was a very good day. No diarrhea!!!! You don't know what a difference it makes until you have been there. Maybe work soon.

Did you know if you are low in Vitamin D3 that you could get cancer? You need 1,000 I. U. a day. I was low over 3 yrs before I got cancer.

Today I watched a program that said if I did not take Vit D3 I would not recover from cancer. I take 6,000 I.U. daily of Liqui-D3. Good stuf

I tried to go to the movies to see A Christmas Carol with Jim Carrey. But I had too much pain from wearing clothes so I went home to sleep.

I plan to try again but wear comfortable clothes so I can enjoy a movie. My friends want to see The Blindside tomorrow. Cross your fingers.

One of my friends was unable to go to the movie so we decided to wait until next week. I'm a little sad but looking forward to next weekend.

My youngest daughter is here with strep throat. I'm very nervous about getting strep. I need more prayers if you are praying. Thanks!

We had Thanksgiving on Wednesday because my daughter had to work on Thanksgiving day. She came to help make to meal. Turned out great!

So on Thanksgiving finally went to see a movie. The leftovers tasted so good. But I know I ate too much. I'm having trouble gaining weight.

Anybody have a good suggestion for leftover turkey? I really get tired of the heavy eating day after day until the leftovers are gone.

Great news today, I am happy to share that I do not have cancer in my lymph nodes and no surgery is needed. Best gift this year! Thankfully!
