This is huge news: The FTC has just completely banned noncompete agreements by employers which prevent most workers from joining rival firms. It is now ILLEGAL for employers to make employees sign noncompete agreements. Is this a good move?

A full shit show in action. US health insurance industry wasting more consumer dollars attempting to defend itself, rather than fixing the broken system.

I just spoke at length to Elisabeth Potter MD and I have asked her for all of the supporting documents, emails, call records, etc which she has agreed to provide. I found her and her story totally credible. UnitedHealthcare has publically called her a liar, and UHC’s general counsel has told my CLO

Johns Hopkins president and dean are suing over indirects but their take home pay is like 4 million. Why should taxpayers give huge indirects to pay leadership these sums? I think all leadership need pay cuts.

If you feel the wind shifting, I feel it too. This entire situation has been a shock to navigate, but I’m solid—because I know who I am. No amount of noise or pressure changes the fact that I am a woman who works hard, tells the truth, and takes care of people. And when you
