Members of the Council of State include a retired IGP, CDS and CJ. All three receive salaries after retirement just as serving officers. So they receive salaries each month as retirees, salary each month as Council members and paid GHC365,000 ex-gratia after 4 years??? WHY???

The very reason why we are BROKE as a nation. Some few people are milking the state through some legal structures that is no longer useful...Total review, total overhaul is what we need.
