Today we'll get more snow showers.  It's a lake effect pattern, so some people will see a trace...some will see several inches.  Highs in the 20s for most towns.  The wind could create travel troubles.  Gusts to 30 mph from the northwest will cause blowing and drifting snow.

Tonight...more snow and wind.  Gusts to 30 mph will be common, but the wind direction will shift to the southwest.  Snow totals will be another inch or two for some towns.  Lows from 18 to 28 degrees.

Wednesday we'll see more snow, but it's not all lake effect.  What's called a clipper will come thru the region.  Clippers are fast moving snow showers.  Important to know because we all get snow...not just those in the lake effect zones.  Highs will be mostly in the 30s.

Wednesday night will be mostly cloudy.  Wind 10 to 20 mph.  Lows from the middle 20s to middle 30s. Thursday...snow showers in the eastern Upper Peninsula...maybe a flurry in the Lower.  Mostly cloudy sky.  Wind gusts over 30 mph.  Highs from the middle 30s to low 40s.

Friday...partly sunny.  Highs mainly in the 30s.  A few towns could see 40 degrees. Saturday will be partly sunny.  Highs from the low 30s to low 40s.  Wind 10 to 20 mph.

Sunday...partly sunny.  Snow mixed with rain.  Highs from the middle 30s to low 40s.  Wind 10 to 20 mph. Monday will be partly sunny with scattered rain and snow showers.  Highs from the low 30s to low 40s.

Today...snow showers.  Light amounts and mostly in the morning.  Mostly cloudy sky.  Highs will be mostly in the 30s...a little warmer.  Wind from the west 10 to 20 mph with some gusts over 25 mph.

Thursday...light, scattered snow showers in the eastern Upper Peninsula...maybe a flurry in the Lower.  However, most of us in northern Michigan get no snow at all.  Partly sunny.  Wind gusts over 25 mph from the west or southwest.  Highs from the middle 30s to low 40s.

Thursday night will be mostly cloudy.  Wind 5 to 15 mph from the west.  Lows mainly in the 20s. Friday...partly sunny.  Highs mainly in the 30s.  A few towns could see 40 degrees. Friday night will be mostly cloudy with low temperatures from 18 to 28 degrees.

Saturday will be partly sunny.  Scattered light snow is possible south of Cadillac.  Highs from the low 30s to low 40s.  Wind 5 to 15 mph.

Saturday night the chance for precipitation rises.  Mainly snow showers are expected, but some rain could be mixed with the snow.  Lows from the middle 20s to middle 30s. Sunday...look for snow mixed with rain.  Highs from the middle 30s to low 40s.  Wind 5 to 15 mph.

Monday and Tuesday will be partly sunny with scattered rain and snow showers.  Highs from the low 30s to low 40s.

Today will be one of the warmer days we've had lately.  Highs will range from 38 to 45 degrees around northern Michigan.  We'll get a little sun thru the clouds, and there could be a quick rain or snow shower in the Upper Peninsula.

Tonight will be cloudy at times, but you will be able to see the "big" moon.  It was full on Monday.  Light wind 5 to 15 mph...turning to the north.  Low temperatures mainly in the 20s.

Friday will be mostly cloudy kind of day.  Snow showers are going to pass thru the southern third of the Lower Peninsula, but most of us don't see a flake.  Light wind from the north 5 to 15 mph.  Highs in the 30s.

Friday night a passing snow shower is possible.  Lows mostly in the 20s.  Light wind from the northeast 5 to 15 mph. Saturday look for lots of clouds and a little sun.  Light snow showers are possible in the southern Lower Peninsula.  Light wind.  Highs in the 30s.

Saturday night scattered light snow is expected although you might see some rain mixed with the snow.  Lows from the low 20s to low 30s.

Sunday will be mostly cloudy, and there will be scattered showers.  It'll be a mix of rain and snow in the Lower Peninsula.  Snow showers are expected in the U.P.  Highs in the 30s.  Light wind.

Sunday night thru Wednesday there will be more passing showers.  Mostly snow at night when it's colder.  A mix of snow and rain in the daylight hours when it's a little warmer.  Highs will be in the 30s.
