Seems like the Patrick Queen idea may have hit a snag. Was told no updates as of this hour and on him specifically “probably not going there”

perhaps my hottest Cowboys take is that Cowboys fans younger than 40 are the most loyal in sports imagine dealing with front runner accusations & leaguewide derision through an entire lifetime of incompetence & heartbreak. love y’all

Tennessee CB Jermod McCoy, a projected first-round pick who did not play this past season while recovering from an ACL tear, just ran a 4.38 40 with a 38” vertical jump at 10’7” broad jump at the school’s pro day.

From a scout in attendance at Tennessee pro day: CB Jermod McCoy ran a 40 just once, with scouts cooking him in the range of 4.37-4.40. Huge for a top 15 player in the class.

Cornerback Charles Demmings of SFA has official 30 visits with the Indianapolis Colts Miami Dolphins Dallas Cowboys Green Bay Packers Houston Texans That's a lot of official 30's for a mid-round player who was at the Senior Bowl & Combine; he's getting hot.....

The fact that everyone is mocking a Browns / Cowboys trade makes the pessimist in me believe it won’t happen. Maybe the smoke is to attract other suitors for the 6th pick. Or, it is a mock trade of convenience for value & engagement sake.

I think the Giants having two top 10 actually helps Dallas’ odds. One of those picks is almost certainly offense. Bengals were likely going defense.

Dare I say that NYG getting No. 10 helps Dallas? I don’t see them taking two players on the same side of the ball. Some sort of offensive, defensive combo of OT/LB/DB/WR/RB with those two picks makes a lot of sense. That, instead of NYG and CIN feeling a lot more likely to both

Looking at the value chart, if used, Dallas can package 92 and 112 to move up to around pick 75-80 if someone they like starts to fall
