An update from your PSAC Atlantic - AFPC Atlantique #postdoc negotiating team on todays collective agreement negotiations #dalhousieuniversity

Claim by Dalhousie University's bargaining reps (consisting of HR and faculty members) that they feel "psychologically unsafe" due to the presence of 5 postdocs during open bargaining is unrealistic and absurd, given the significant power imbalance between them and the postdocs.
