This reminds me of when I would play my RPGs on the NES, SNES, PS1 and PS2. I never really knew that JRPGs were unpopular or that they used an anime art style. I was in my own little world and I was super happy.

To this day, this is still the only game that I want to see remade. It has incredible potential and was really dragged down by everything gameplay related.
