beware of what you consume! Food, medicine, audio, visuals etc. all correlate to the level of energy and clarity to the core version of you. In our society the way it is isn't going to be easy but try not to lose faith. I've lost it too many times and nothing good comes from it

I drank tap water for years now and am so embarrassed. I would highly advise getting a distiller or reverse osmosis since brita filters or their competitors don't do almost anything on top of all being plastic. I will post what a gallon of tap water looks like boiled down soon
