Members from 47 Cdo attended a memorial service at Mount Edgcumbe (Official) today to commemorate #VEDay80 US troops departed here for Omaha Beach, Normandy for #DDay. This marked the beginning of the end for Nazi Germany and ultimately lead to Victory in Europe on this day 80 years ago.
