I ❤️ bread experiment! This is a Seeded Matcha #Sourdough. My new favorite seed for bread, Coriander! I put in coriander, sesame, mustard, fennel and sunflower seeds. A little honey to sweeten it up. This got 7 folds are 45 minute increments and spent 36 hours in the fridge.

So great for the town of Patten. We desperately need more attractions like this in the area!

I made it to a Tuesday night group ride in Millinocket. Very special what @katahdinareatrails has going on down there right in town (in addition to the trails at New England Outdoor Center). The new “Flowage” trail is almost complete and has the biggest banked turns I’ve ever been on.

First kids to successfully complete the Mt Chase Lodge Scavenger Hunt and claim their prizes from the good bag. Thanks to whoever organized the scavenger hunt at the truck show a few weeks ago. The kids loved it and we wanted to make out own.
