Absolutely not a coincidence that this particular CDNT is managed by a non-HSE charity, which cannot match the HSE's pay structure. How do you fill 14.5 therapist jobs when the HSE operates the CDNT in the next town and can pay more for the same work?

David McWilliams A teacher who was 5 years teaching in 2008 was paid a salary of €43,129. A teacher who is 5 years teaching in 2024 is paid a salary of €48,326. Inflation over that time is 22.8%, so the pay should actually be €52980. If it was 73.4% as David is trying to infer it'd be €74,786
