Boys’ KS1 football competition: Played 4 matches—showing great effort with 2 draws and 2 hard-fought games. The team had an amazing time and can’t wait for the next competition!

The Gallions mixed Y1/Y2 football team finished 5th at today’s Langdon SSP tournament. I want to give a special mention to Evelina our youngest ever pupil from reception to represent Gallions in a sports team! ⚽️

Ms Bisi Bisi set me and my class a challenge to place pawns (that act as queens) on the chess board so that they are all in a safe place. Buzzing that I managed to solve it!! 😎 Loving learning to play chess with my class this term Gallions Primary School

This set of boys I’ve worked with since year one.. so when they go out and bring back medals, it warms my heart differently ❤️

We kicked off our football league today. The captain of my boys team came to me with a massive smile on his face and said “Ms Moon, my first game as captain and we won.” These moments make it all worth it 🙏🏽

When one of the kids in your class wins 3 medals in one week and proudly comes to show you… I love my job 🩵
