In 2024 Anas Sarwar insisted the energy market was broken and that Scottish communities generating energy should be rewarded with lower bills. Now that the UK Labour Govt has U-turned on zonal pricing how does Sarwar & Michael Shanks plan on reducing bills for those communities?
